Registration and Waiver
We strongly advise advance registration. At certain times we can accommodate last minute bookings. You may register by phone by calling our office in Stowe or by e-mail at sunrisemountainguides@. gmail.com
Full payment is due at time of registration. Payment can be made by credit card. We also accept cash or checks.
Cancellation / Refund
Cancellations made less than (7) day prior to reserved date will be credited towards another SMG program. Cancellations made prior to seven days will receive a full refund. A full refund will be given for a program cancellation by SMG due to dangerous weather prior to the start.
What you will need
Please review the seasonal personal equipment list below. Having the appropriate gear for the day is key. We are happy to review this list with you if you have questions. Sunrise Mountain Guides will provide all technical equipment: helmets, ropes, harnesses, ice axes, protection hardware, rock shoe, climbing boots and snowshoes.
All clients are required to sign a liability release waiver and a statement of personal responsibility prior to participation in any SMG program.
